THE 10TH ANNUAL GOLF FORE KIDS’ SAKE

raised over $28,000 in support of free mentoring programs for local children and youth

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Grey, Bruce and West Simcoe proudly celebrated our 10th anniversary tournament at Sauble Golf & Country Club on Saturday, September 12, 2026. It was a memorable day dedicated to bringing together community members, golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters in recognition of the important work being done to put youth first.

With the sun shining throughout the day, participants spent a wonderful day on the course while coming together around a shared goal of raising funds and awareness to support local youth and their families.

Golfers enjoyed a variety of activities and friendly competitions throughout the day, including a putting contest, the opportunity to shoot with a pro, and a closest-to-the-pin competition. Off the course, guests had the opportunity to take part in a silent auction and raffle, adding to the excitement while helping raise vital funds for Big Brothers Big Sisters programs and services. The event created plenty of opportunities for networking, connection, smiles and laughter, with participants enjoying the camaraderie that makes Golf Fore Kids’ Sake such a special community event.

Most importantly, this celebration was about recognizing the collective impact of a community that believes in the potential of every young person. The funds raised through Golf Fore Kids’ Sake help Big Brothers Big Sisters to continue supporting youth and families while strengthening the relationships, mentorship and opportunities that help young people thrive.

We are grateful to everyone who helped make this milestone event possible and who continues to champion our youth, our families, our staff and our dedicated volunteers.
